President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday signed an order on measures related to the announcement of the city of Shusha by the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2023.

According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is instructed to develop and implement an action plan associated with the announcement of the city of Shusha by the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2023.
Note that in accordance with the decision adopted at an extraordinary meeting of the Permanent Council of Turks, held on March 31, 2022 in Bursa (Turkey), the Azerbaijani city of Shusha was elected the cultural capital of the Turkic world of 2023.
