Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was awarded the Higher Order of the Turkic World.
Award, on Friday, November 12, at the VIII summit of the heads of states of the Turkish Council in Istanbul, was presented by President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
