Work continues on the implementation of electronic information exchange between the automated information system of food safety (AIISPB) of the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal State Information System “Argus-Phyto” of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of the Russian Federation, HAQQın.az was told Agency.
Note that in order to promptly implement import-export operations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, the protection of security and completeness of the relevant certificates issued, the implementation of the electronic information exchange is planned to integrate the information systems of the specified structures of the two countries. Currently, technical work continues to exercise information exchange between systems.
After the integration between the systems, the certificate issued by the APB to the phytosanitary products exported from Azerbaijan will be transferred to the Argus-Phyto system, and the counterparty country will ensure the authentication of the certificate system. This will allow validation in real mode from the point of view of time and will allow entrepreneurs to carry out more convenient export operations. It will also exchange information between systems so that any notice has appeared in real time, and, accordingly, it was possible to perform actions without delays.
