COVID certificates are defined. This is reflected in the approved Cabinet of Ministers “The procedure for issuing certificates confirming the vaccination against COVID-19, contraindications for vaccination, the negative result of the PCR test and confirm that the persons infected with COVID-19 have recovered and acquired immunity.”
COVID certificate validity period:
– a certificate confirming the vaccination from COVID – 19 – indefinitely;
– a certificate confirming that the persons infected with COVID – 19 were recovered and acquired immunity – 6 months, if after which they will receive the first dose of the vaccine as prescribed by the instructions for the use of the vaccine manufacturer to introduce two doses – indefinitely;
– on a certificate confirming contraindications to vaccination – for a period established on the basis of the reasonable conclusion of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan by considering medical certificates sent by commissions for the process of vaccination of ambulatory-polyclinic medical institutions to associate the management of territorial medical units;
– according to a testimony confirming the negative result of the PCR test – by 72 hours (since the result announcement).
The term of foreign COVID certificates against citizens of foreign countries and stateless persons is determined by the agreements provided for in international practice, and in relation to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan – in accordance with this Procedure.
