In the format of video conferencing, a session of the judicial and legal council was held, reports Report.
at the meeting it was noted that last year the Council adopted new rules for evaluating the work of judges based on comprehensive and transparent criteria, taking into account the best international practice.
In accordance with the rules, this year the activities of about 120 judges were evaluated, in activity 14 of them were identified shortcomings, the correction of which they were provided for 6 months. The powers of three judges were discontinued.
The appropriate decision is made in connection with the improvement of the rules for assessing the activities of judges in accordance with the new legislation.
