From October 11, in Azerbaijan, the entrance to the court buildings will be allowed only if there is a COVID passport or immunite certificate, the Supreme Court said.
From this date a COVID passport (certificate of vaccination or certificate of immunity) or a certificate of contraindications to a vaccine will be required in all persons directly involved in the procedural actions conducted in closed premises.
In cases where persons in relation to which the preventive measure is elected in the form of arrest, or the administrative arrest, there is no COVID passport or a certificate of contraindications to the vaccine, their participation in the court sessions will be provided in the format of video conferencing. In case of the impossibility of this or the need to personal participation of these persons at the court hearing, their direct participation will be ensured with the condition for strict observance of medical and preventive and sanitary and hygienic rules.
Judges, employees of the apparatus of ships and citizens, while in the buildings of ships, as well as during procedural actions conducted in closed premises, should use medical masks, comply with medical and prophylactic rules and social distance.
