On the territory of the Gubinsky, Agidjabedinsky and Agdam regions, facts of illegal cutting and damage to trees were revealed.
The official representative of the State Environmental Safety Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Bakhruz Muhammedov told Haqqin.az that during the trial it turned out that nature was damaged by 38 thousand 970 manat.
In connection with the revealed facts of cutting trees, acts are drawn up, since the amount of damage caused to green spaces is the composition of the crime, the collected documents were sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office to give legal evaluation.
