Education Minister Emin Amrullaev, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the “Strategies of Socio-Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic on 2022-2026” and other issues, commented on the teaching of subjects in Turkic history and Turkic geography in schools of member countries of the Turkic states .
According to him, from the current school year, general Turkic history will be taught in Azerbaijani schools.
“A textbook on the general Turkic geography at the stage of preparation. After the textbook is ready, the teaching of this subject will begin,” said E. Amrullaev.
