The defense ministers of the countries included in the coalition of volunteers in the support of Ukraine discussed in Brussels possible support and guarantees of security in the event of peace in Kyiv.
At a meeting organized by the UK and France at the NATO headquarters, representatives of 30 countries included in the coalition.

Opening the meeting, the Minister of Defense of Great Britain John Hili made a statement to strengthen the support of Ukraine while maintaining pressure on Russia.
The purpose of the coalition is to provide guarantees of security for Ukraine in case of ceasefire in order to prevent a re -attack of Russia.
The meeting discussed the idea of deploying a peacekeeping mission in Ukraine, which was often voiced by the UK and France, and consultations were held on possible security guarantees.
