The Government of Kyrgyzstan temporarily forbidden holding rallies and demonstrations near the metropolitan buildings of state bodies, as well as the Russian Embassies in the republic, tested TASS in the press service of the Kyrgyz Supreme Court.
“The court of Pergeronian district of the capital introduced a temporary ban on holding a rally near the buildings of Jogorku Kenesh (the Supreme Council), the Government Houses, on the Square of Ala-Loo (Central Square of Bishkek – Ed.) and [about] the building of the Russian Embassy,” noted Press service representative.
It is reported that this ban will be valid until April 11 of the current year. By the court decision, the holding of rallies at this time will be allowed only near the Maxim Gorky Square located in the center of the capital.
