In a number of German cities on Sunday, on March 13, many thousands of protests against the war of Russia in Ukraine were held. According to the Association “Stop War”, which includes 42 organizations, including Greenpeace, Diakonie, DGB and others, about 125 thousand people took part in anti-war rallies in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Frankfurt am Main, Stuttgart, reports Deutsche Welle.
About 60 thousand people took part in Berlin in Berlin, in Hamburg – 10 thousand people. The demonstrators carried posters with inscriptions: Stop War, Stop Putin and Help Ukraine. Many people were dressed in the colors of the National Flag of Ukraine and carried the balloons of the same colors.
