In Doha Discussed Cooperation Between Qatar And Syria

Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Katar Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdurrahman Al Tanya met with the ministers of the Provisional Government of Syria who visited the Dohu.

According to the written statement of the Katar Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Al Tanya met with the delegation of the Provisional Government of Syria as part of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Esaad Hassan Shebani, the Minister of Defense Murcheif Abu Kasra and the head of the general intelligence department of Anas Khattaba.

The parties discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to strengthen it, paying special attention to the latest events in Syria and the efforts of Qatar to increase humanitarian assistance to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people. The meeting also raised various issues representing mutual interest.

– Al Tanya emphasizes Syria’s support

Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Katar Al Tanya confirmed that the Doha firmly supports unity, sovereignty and independence of Syria.

He emphasized the importance of realizing the aspirations of the Syrian people for a decent life and the creation of a rule of law.

– Qatar will be an important partner

Speaking before the press after meetings in Doha, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Provisional Government of Syria Shebani highly appreciated the support of the Qatar of the Syrian people.

The minister emphasized that Qatar played an important role in the support of the Syrian people over the past 14 years: “Qatar will be an important partner in the peaceful process we have begun to restore new Syria.”

Mentioning his meeting with the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Katar Al Tanya, Shebani added: “We discussed all fundamental and strategic issues with the Prime Minister.”

He also stated that New Syria will have close relations with the countries of the region.

– Qatar delivered more than 200 tons of help to Syria

According to him, during the negotiations, steps to restore Syria were also discussed. Huleifi noted that Qatar will continue to support the Syrian people and will not regret efforts in this direction.
