The official representative of the European Union’s foreign policy (EU) Peter stated the need to bring the military contingent of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) from Kazakhstan after stabilizing the situation in the country.
In the commentary “Lente.ru” stanno noted that the external military support provided by Kazakhstan should respect its sovereignty and independence, as well as the fundamental rights of all its citizens. “In the past, we saw too many examples of how difficult it is to get to leave Russian troops when they are placed abroad,” said Metan.
The EU representative said that this week the Supreme Representative of the European Union on Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrel will conduct informal meetings with foreign ministers and the defense of the countries of Europe, where it will discuss the situation in Kazakhstan.
