Calcide Court of Appeal (Evebei Administrative Center) canceled the previously issued decision allowing the Greece authorities to detain tankers with Iranian oil and transfer part of the cargo transported to the United States, Reuters reports with reference to sources.
According to sources, the result of the claim has not yet been published. According to one of them, the appeal “court approved a lawsuit to cancel the decision” and now the verdict made will be difficult to change.
