Official Tehran stated that the sounds that were heard near the nuclear power plant in Bushehr were associated with the military exercises on air defense, the Iranian state television reports.
“Aurative Defense Meetings were held in the morning of December 20 with full preparation and coordination with the armed forces,” said Irani Mohammadtaki, Deputy Governor of Bushcher.
He also noted that Tehran will give a “crushing response to any attack on its NPP.”
