“Do not Biden’s decide. The President of Russia is chosen by Russians,” he said on Saturday Reuters, commenting on the sayings of Byyden while performing in Warsaw.
We note that, speaking as part of a visit to Warsaw, head of the White House, speaking about Russian President Vladimir Putin, said that “this person cannot remain in power.”
The White House subsequently assured that Biden did not call for the change of power in Russia in his speech in Warsaw dedicated to the situation around Ukraine.
“The president meant that Vladimir Putin could not allow the Russian leader to exercise power over his neighbors and the region. He did not discuss Putin’s power in Russia or a change of regime,” the official representative of the White House said to journalists.
