“In the current conditions, the educational process is inappropriate and incorrect (in Russian) and the study of the Russian language in institutions of preschool and general secondary education, which are in communal property of the territorial community of the city of Kyiv,” the official message said.
“The deputy corps of the Kievgors council made a decision that will avoid strengthening the tension in society and strengthen the protection of the educational space of Kyiv from the hybrid influences of the Russian Federation.
