In four medical institutions, Baku revealed cases of making citizens into the E-TəBİB electronic registration system without passing vaccination and issuing them for a bribe of fake covid passports. This is stated in the joint statement of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
According to information, nurses located in the village of Bina Khazar district of the Joint City Hospital No. 29 W.Abbasova, S. Allahverdieva, F.Nakhmetova, computer registry officers of the same institution A.Guseynova, S. Dadashzade, as well as an employee located in Sabail District of Urban Polyclinic No. 33 Alnaur Aliyev, entered into collusion, received 300 manat from citizens for the issuance of a fake vaccination document even without their hospital.
It turned out that these persons in the same way, taking money in a large number of unvaccified citizens, made their names as vaccinated into the E-TəBİB –
Similar cases were identified in the United States Hospital No. 7 in the village of Sabunchinsky district and in the urban polyclinic number 3 in the Yasamal district. It was found that the nurse, working in these institutions, S. Hamudov and A. Bagirov took 50-100 manat from individual citizens for each alleged vaccine dose, followed by the introduction of false data on their vaccination into the E-Təbian electronic registration system. Then the same citizens said individuals issued fake vaccination documents.
Note that on the identified facts, investigative measures are held in the management of the investigation and inquiry of the Main Administration to combat organized crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Operational investigative measures are continuing to identify other cases related to the case and individuals, one way or another participating in these offenses.
