A new purpose was made in the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan.
According to the ministry, by order of the Minister Anara Karimov, the obligations of the head of the department and property of the Ministry are temporarily entrusted to the deputy head of the department Elmira Agayev.
Earlier under article 179.4 (assignment, or embezzlement) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, Ilkin Nasibov was arrested, who held the position of head of the department of supply and property of the Ministry of Culture.
