The Turkish delegation held a meeting at the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. Guests from Turkey visited the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
The press service of the Ministry said that the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the population, Sakhil Babaev, during a meeting with the Turkish delegation, noted friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey, which are successfully developing in all spheres by joint efforts of the heads of state of the two countries.
The minister emphasized that the political and moral support of Azerbaijan in the days of the war was highly appreciated. He noted that with the signing of the Shushin Declaration on June 15, 2021, relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey rose to the level of allies.
It is also noted that relations with Turkey in the field of labor, employment and social protection, as well as cooperation with the relevant Turkish institutions are constantly expanding.
Guests informed about the construction work carried out in the liberated areas, the measures of social support for the families of the Shahids and the participants in the war in the post -war period. Within the framework of these events, 249 thousand social support services were provided to 119 thousand people, including the families of the Shahids and participants in the war.
The meeting took an exchange of views on the social protection of the families of the Shahids and the participants in the war, the development of cooperation between the veteran organizations of the two countries, the work carried out by veteran organizations on the education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism.
