Exceived a fire that occurred on August 17 in a mountainous area with a difficult relief near the village of Khachmaz Oguz district.
As reported by Haqqin.az in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, during the fire the dry grass, shrubs and dried stumps of trees on an area of 1 hectare were burned.
The fire was extended by the divisions of the Fire Protection of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as employees of the Forestry Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Local Residents (since the area is mountainous with a complex relief, manual labor was mainly used).
Nearby areas are protected from fire.
