The Ministry of National Defense reports that 3 military personnel of the Turkish Armed Forces were killed and 4 military were wounded as a result of an attack by a separatist terrorist organization in the north of Iraq.
The ministry’s statement says the following:
“Today, as a result of an attack by members of the separatist terrorist organization in the north of Iraq, 3 of our combat comrade and 4 were injured. Operation against the separatist terrorist organization continues in the region. In response to the vile attack of terrorists, sudden air strikes were inflicted on the identified goals and directions the waste of terrorists. According to the first data, 4 terrorists were neutralized. “
The statement expresses condolences to the families of the dead, Turkish armed forces and the Turkish people, as well as the wishes of the speedy recovery of the wounded fighters.
