In number of large cities in Italy, they stated highest level of danger due to heat

In 10 cities of Italy, including Rome, the highest “red” level of weather danger was declared due to an abnormal heat.

The corresponding notification is posted on the website of the Ministry of Health of Italy.

In particular, this applies to Rome and Rietity, where a red warning due to African anticyclone has been operating since Monday, as well as Bologna, Campobasso, Viterbo, Latina, Peruj, Peskar, Florence and Frosinons.

According to forecasts, the air temperature in Rome on Wednesday will reach 36 degrees. At the same time, meteorologists warn that on Sunday air may warm up to 39-40 degrees.

Meteorologists urge to observe all precautions, in particular, this applies to children and the elderly.
