In Parliament Of Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Was Honored With Memory Of Mustafa

At the monument to the founder of the Turkish Republic of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, before the building of the Great National Assembly of Turkey (VSST, Parliament), a ceremony was held on the occasion of the day of sovereignty and children -April 23 and 105th anniversary of the VSust.

The speaker of the Turkish parliament Numan Kurtulmush laid a wreath with red and white cloves to the Ataturk monument.

those present at the ceremony honored the memory of the great leader with a minute of silence. The state anthem of the Turkish Republic sounded.

The event was attended by the Minister of Education of Turkey Yusuf Tekin, deputy chairman of the ANS Bekir Boddag and Gyulizar Bucher Karaj, the deputy chairman of the Justice and Development Party Efan Ala, the head of the parliamentary faction of the Justice and Development Party Abdullah Gühler, as well as representatives of other political parties, deputies and employees of the Turkish legislation.

The participants in the ceremony further headed to the Ataturk Mausoleum, the founder and first president of the Turkish Republic, as well as one of the most outstanding political and military leaders of the 20th century.

Ataturk headed the national liberation movement in Turkey and founded the Turkish Republic in 1923, becoming its first president.

His reforms and ideas, such as the introduction of the Turkish alphabet instead of Arabic, education in Turkish, improve the situation of women and establishing a secular nature of the state, left a significant mark in Turkey’s history and continue to have a positive impact on the country today.
