The current Zimbabvian president Emmerson Mnagagwe was re -elected for a new term.

According to the election commission, the politician gained 52.6 percent of the vote. His main rival, member of the Party “Movement for Democratic Changes” Nelson Chamis gathered 44 percent of voting votes.
