“Today the civil defense signal” Attention to everyone! “The regions evaluated the performance of the system and the timeliness of the signal to the population in case of a threat of emergencies of a natural and technogenic nature,” the statement said.
The event lasted from about 10:30 to noon. Each region determined the exact time independently.
