According to him, this decision was made due to an increase in the number of refugees from the self-proclaimed “LNR” and “DPR”.
“Considering the tendency to an increase in the number of citizens who cross the border on the territory of the Rostov region, we consider it expedient to introduce the” Emergency “response regime from 10:00 on February 19, 2022,” said Golubev during the Emergency Meeting in Rostov-on -Don.
Recall that earlier the authorities of the self-proclaimed republics declared an emergency evacuation of civilians to the territory of Russia. First of all, it affected women, children and senior people. At the morning of Saturdays in accommodation points in the Rostov region there are 1,692 people, 737 of which are children.
