Consultations of representatives of a number of states who will discuss the prospects for the peaceful settlement of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine began on Saturday in the Saudi city of Jidd.

National Security Advisers, invited to consultations, began a working meeting at about 16 hours local time. Its participants will exchange opinions in order to “bring the points of view closer, as well as develop ways to solve the Ukrainian-Russian crisis.”
August 5-6 in Gidd, consultations are held on the peaceful settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Representatives of more than 30 states, including Brazil, Great Britain, India, China, the United States, Turkey, South Africa, as well as the EU countries, take part in the event. Russia did not receive an invitation.
