In connection with the pollution caused by a leakage of oil from two tankers damaged by a storm in the Black Sea, a state of emergency has been declared in some coastal cities of Russia.
The written statement of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia says that the elimination of threats caused by leakage of oil on the Black Sea coast of the country continues.
