An unusual natural phenomenon is observed in the Turkish province of Castamon: early snowfalls covered forests that had not yet managed to completely change the autumn color.
In the region, where 67% of the territory was covered with forests, the snow that fell created a unique contrast: trees that preserved the autumn foliage were covered with a white bedspread. The combination of golden-bug and snow-white shades attracted many photographers and natural lovers to the region.
In an interview with Anadol, photographer Jebrail Kelesh said that in October last year he took autumn photos on Mount Yaralyghez.
“Usually we come here in the fall to capture the beauty of the golden forests. But this year, nature presented us with a surprise – snow fell earlier than usual. This is a unique opportunity to capture two seasons in one frame at once: golden autumn and snow -white winter,” said he said photographer.
According to Kelesh, such an unusual natural phenomenon created unprecedented opportunities for photographers.

The photographer called on the residents of the region with his own eyes to observe the landscape.

And in the villages at his foot there are still fruit trees and trees that dumped the foliage, that is, the colors of the autumn. Today we are very happy that we can see two season at the same time, ”he said.
Local resident of Ufuk Turkman notes that winter this year has come earlier than usual.
“We have not yet had time to harvest, but it has already fallen off. Of course, we are glad to winter, but for farmers this creates certain difficulties,” he said.
