Vice Prime Minister Irina Vereshchuk called on civilians of Bakhmut to immediate evacuation.
“I turn to civilian, which are in Bakhmut: if you are adequate, law -abiding and patriotic citizens, you must immediately evacuate,” she wrote in her Telegram channel.
according to Vereshchuk, of 71 thousand people living in Bakhmut before the start of hostilities, about 6 thousand people remain in the city.
