In the capital of Mongolia, Ulan-Bator, the World Export Development Forum (World Export Develop Forum) on the “Diversification of Green Trade”: Organic, Digital and Sustainable “.
According to Montsame, the forum takes place under the auspices of President of Mongolia Ukhanagiyna Khurelsukha. The topic of discussions will be such important issues as the green economy, export, new areas of trade, the creation of favorable conditions for small and medium -sized businesses, including women and youth, as well as the expansion of regional and international cooperation.
In particular, on the first day of the forum on June 26, a consulting meeting of businessmen and entrepreneurs from developing countries who do not have access to the sea will be held.
June 27, there will be a discussion on the topic of raising youth entrepreneurship and employment, and a competition will also be held where participants present their “green” projects and business ideas. In the competition, young entrepreneurs selected from 63 countries will compete in two categories: “Green Solutions for Business” and “Initiatives to restore the environment”.
The results of discussions and business meetings organized as part of the forum are planned to be included in the national export strategy, which will be launched at the end of 2023.
As expected, the forum in Mongolia will have a number of positive effects: it will promote the growth of the country’s reputation abroad and promoting Mongolian goods and services among foreign partners and investors, will provide the forum participants with the opportunity to conclude new contracts, and Mongol small and medium enterprises will open for new markets for products. In addition, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity for constructive meetings with representatives of international organizations supporting trade.
The upcoming forum will serve as a good platform for the exchange of opinions about the difficulties and problems that arise during export.
