The Guide of the North American Main League of Football (MLS) has made changes to the policies of diversity when hiring employees in clubs. The application is provided on the organization’s website.
In MLS, they stated that they introduced a rule for the priority hiring of dark-skinned candidates. Now the list of candidates for an open vacancy should include two or more unbelievable candidates, one of which should be black. For the first violation of the new rule, the club will be fined 50 thousand dollars, for the second – by 100 thousand, for the third and subsequent – in the amount of more than 100 thousand dollars.
