India And Uzbekistan Increase Interaction In Field Of Defense Partnership

At the Aundh International Educational base in the Indian city of Puna, the VI joint Uzbek-Indian military exercises “Dustlik” begin, Dunyo reports.

Early in the morning, on Tuesday, April 15, the military delegation of Uzbekistan arrived in India to participate in the next round of joint teachings.

The exercises have been regularly carried out since 2019 and are aimed at developing and strengthening military cooperation of the two countries. Maneuvers are practiced annually in order in Uzbekistan and India.

In particular, in 2024, at the Termez military training ground, in the framework of the V round of joint exercises, military specialists of Uzbekistan and India enriched their professional skills.

VI joint military exercises will last until April 28.
