SM-Clinic infectious player Natalia Ochinskaya stated that many pathogenic bacteria live on the surface of the phone. In some cases, their number exceeds the number of microbes on the toilet bow of 18 times, warned the Medic, reports Prime.
Ochinskaya recalled the results of a study conducted in 2015 at the University of Surrey. Scientists took flush with smartphones of 30 volunteers and found out that gadgets serve as a seating for dangerous bacteria. They are able to live Salmonella, intestinal wand, streptococci, golden staphylococcus and other microbes provoking serious diseases.
Medic called on Russians to clean the outer surfaces of the phone at least once a day. “To do this, you can use: antibacterial napkins, antimicrobial means for hands, ethyl alcohol, diluted with water; special means for disinfection of gadgets,” expert explained.
