Initiative “One belt – one path” is the concept proposed in 2013 by the Chairman of the PRC Xi Jinping to activate trade between the East and the West along the historical route of the Silk Road.
The initiative creates new global networks with projects of interaction in infrastructure, transport, energy, communications and other areas.
More than 150 states and more than 30 international organizations have already joined the initiative.
The Forum of International Cooperation “One Belt – One Way” will be held in Beijing on October 17-18. Representatives of more than 130 countries plan to come to Beijing, including the head of 23 states.
