President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment of Latifa Seyfaddin Oglu Gandilov for the post of emergency and authorized Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Kyrgyzstan, reports the official website of the head of state.
Another order of the head of state from this position was withdrawn by Hudush oglu Orujhev.
