4th International Izmirsky Marathon (Maratoni̇zmir) will be held on May 7.
According to the municipality of the city, 550 athletes from 20 countries of the world will take part in the upcoming marathon, including 30 professional athletes.
This year, the marathon is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Turkish Republic.
, within the framework of the Izmirsky marathon, a 10 km race will also be organized.
Start of the competition will be given at 09:15 local time.
