The preliminary investigation was completed in the case of 23-year-old Bakhtiyar Garaev, accused of the murder of the Wieter War veteran Nihyameddin Muradov. Materials in the criminal case were sent to the Baku court for serious crimes for consideration.
According to Haqqin.az, the preparatory meeting in the case will be held on December 13, it will be considered by Judge Eldar Ismailov.
The murder was committed on the night of August 15 this year on the territory under the name of the 3rd Alatava in the Nasiminsky district of Baku. Muradov, seeing how the unknown person took the phone from a woman and began to beat her, rushed to the rescue, but received a stab in the chest.
On this fact, the prosecutor’s office of the Nasiminsky district opened a criminal case under article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code. Bakhtiyar Garaev was detained as a suspect and involved in the investigation.
Note that the murdered Nihyameddin Muradov was a participant in the Second Karabakh war and was awarded the medal “For the Liberation of the Gubadla”.
