Investigators of Hague Tribunal went to Ukraine

The Group of Investigators of the International Tribunal in the Hague (ICC) went to Ukraine to investigate the collective international lawcraft against Russia, which is accused of possible war crimes. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Air Force.

Answering journalists on Thursday, the main prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Karim Khan made it clear that the actions of the Russian side fall under the jurisdiction of ICC.

“Any Party that is directly cite in civilians and civilians is committing a crime, determined by the Roman Charter of the International Criminal Court and International Humanitarian Laws,” said Khan.

The UN International Court of 7 and 8 March will hold hearings due to the invasion of the Russian Federation to Ukraine.
