Iran And Armenia Conducted Joint Military Exercises

Iran and Armenia conducted joint military exercises in the border zone.

As the Iranian IRNA news agency reports, the exercises were held in the Nurduz area on the Irano-Armenian border.

According to the deputy chief of the operational department of the ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Revolutionary Revolutionary (KSIR) Corps of Veliullah Mani, the main goal of the exercises is to strengthen security in the border areas.

“There are no specific threat to the border regions of the two countries. These exercises are held in order to maintain combat readiness, combat terrorism and ensuring a sustainable world,” Mani summed up.
