Two Greek oil tankers were arrested by the Corps of Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (Ksir) on Friday in the Persian Gulf for violations, Tasnim reports.
“Navy Ksir today arrested two Greek oil tankers for the violations that they committed in the azure waters of the Persian Gulf,” the Xirir said in Friday.
This happened a few days after the Iranian oil tanker was detained by Greece in its territorial waters with the subsequent transfer of oil in the United States.
Earlier on Friday, the Iranian edition of Nour News reported that the country is going to take “punitive measures” against Greece in connection with the seizure of a tanker.
