Iran detained two tankers in Persian Gulf

Iran detained two oil tankers in the Persian Gulf, on board of which there were 4 million 580 thousand liters of smuggled fuel. This was reported by the FARS news agency with reference to the statement of the naval forces of the Corps of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (Ksir).

Tankers were detained in the south of Abu Musa Islands in the Persian Gulf. One of the tankers with 13 crew members on board transported 2 million 280 thousand liters of smuggled fuel, the second vessel with a crew of 21 people transported 2 million 300 thousand liters of smuggled fuel. Both tankers are detained, the Xirir said in a message.
