In Iran, two-day non-working days were announced due to strong heat throughout the country.
“In order to protect the health of citizens due to an unprecedented heat, these days the Council of Ministers adopted the proposal of the Ministry of Health to hold weekends on Wednesday and Thursday throughout the country,” wrote
In Iran, extremely hot weather has been set in recent weeks. It is expected that on Wednesday in some cities in the southwest of the country the air temperature will reach 51 degrees.
The Minister of Health Iran Bahram Eyullahi invited the government to declare weekends in regions where the air temperature exceeds 40 degrees.
