Armenia welcomes plans for the construction of the Iranian factory for the production of cars in the country. This was stated by the head of the organization of the assistance of Iran (tpoi) Alipra Payman-Pak, reports Mehr.
Iranian official met on Monday with the Deputy Minister of Economics of Armenia Narekom Loss, during which the parties discussed the development of trade relations, alternative ways of transit of goods, the construction of the Iranian line for the production of cars in Armenia and the construction of a joint line for the production of household and electronic equipment.
Payman-Pak said that Iran would build a plant on car production in Armenia with the aim of exporting products to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). He also said that TPOI proposed to launch a car production line in Armenia.
