Iranian shock unmanned aerial vehicles are a threat not only for the Middle Eastern region and international forces, but also for Europe and Africa. This was stated at the Security Conference in the city of Herzliya in Israel, the Minister of Defense of the Countries of Beni Ganz, reports TASS.
According to him, Iran operates outside the region. One of its essential tools are unmanned aerial vehicles.
“This potential is already a threat to the countries of the region, international forces in the Middle East, as well as countries of Europe and Africa,” he noted.
Ganz also made public information about “two main bases in the area of Chabahar in the south of Iran and on the island of Kesm, which were used to carry out attacks on the maritime goals and storage of drifting drones.”
He said that in 2018, Iran tried to forward explosives in Judea and Samaria, sending them to drone through Syria.
GANC stated that in the face of the Iranian threat, the world community could resort to a variety of tools, but it should add a “B” plan to a diplomatic option.
He eliminated doubts about the diplomatic solution to the problem of the Iranian nuclear program, but noted that, but along with it, the possibility of use of force should be on the table, since this is the continuation of diplomacy by other means. “Sometimes the use and demonstration of strength helps prevent the need for even more large-scale use of force,” said GANC.
