Iran’s resident Rakhmetulla Azad for 40 years traveled on a bicycle of 80 countries in order to draw attention to the need for peace around the world.
60-year-old resident of the suburbs of Tehran, the capital of Iran, while still young, decided to go around the world to draw attention to violence, injustice and wars.
Over 40 years, Azad traveled around 80 countries in Africa, Europe and Asia and in every corner of the planet told people about how important it is to live in the world.
Another stop on the Iranian route was Türkiye, where he visited such provinces as Mush, Kaiseri and Sivas.
In the province of Agra, the cyclist visited the office of the Turkish red crescent, in the Tashylchai area stayed with local residents.
Azad continues, regardless of bad weather conditions. At times, complex paths and descents have to go on foot.
The last stop of Azad in Turkey was the Doglyazit district, from where after a short rest he went to Iran.
I traveled 80 countries
Azad told Anadol that he is very upset, seeing the injustice and suffering of people.
It was in this regard that he once decided to go on a long trip by bicycle and give people in different corners of the planet a message about the need for peace.
“I am a cyclist. Travel around the world, carrying the message of the world for 40 years. By the very time I visited 80 countries. I visited Asia, Europe and Africa. I give people a message about the world. This time I came to Turkey, visited the Turkish I am now in the agra, and I will go to Iran, ”the man said.
Azad expressed hope for the cessation of conflicts in the world. “The Almighty gave people a lot, but there are many problems. I hope the war will stop, the world will reign. Bombs, rockets and oppression is bad,” he said.
I have 60 and still have not had to visit hospitals
The man said that countries like the Countries such as Germany, Austria, Italy, Greece, Russia, India, Thailand and Kenya.
Azad bicycle changes every ten years. “I have faith and will. The Almighty is protecting me. Turkey is a beautiful country, humane and believers. I am well met in mosques, in stores and markets. There are very good people. It is very grateful,” the cyclist said.
According to a man, he spends the night at the gas station, in mosques or a tent that he carries with him. “I have been traveling around the world for 40 years, traveled around 80 countries, pedal on routes with a length of thousands of kilometers. I am 60 years old and did not have to visit the hospital at all,” he added.
