Iran’s Foreign Ministry Rejected Accusations Of Kyiv Of Involvement In Training Of Russian Troops

Iran’s Foreign Ministry refuted the statements of the Security Service of Ukraine on the location of the Iranian military in the Ukrainian territory with the aim of training the Russian military. The corresponding statement was made by the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Nasser.

In particular, the official representative of the Iran Foreign Ministry called “unreasonable” statements that the Iranian military was allegedly located in Ukraine with the aim of teaching Russian military personnel.

He noted that Iran adheres to a fundamental position regarding the settlement of disagreements between Russia and Ukraine, which provides for the resolution of disputes peacefully.

“Such unreasonable accusations pursue specific political goals and motives, and also contradict the fundamental approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the conflict in Ukraine,” the statement said.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Security Service said that the Brigadier General of the Corps of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (KSIR) Abbas Musa Musa Sharifi Mollserey arrived in Crimea in 2022 with a group of UAV instructors for training Russian troops.
