Iraqi authorities will take the ban on the work of the Telegram messenger on August 13, the country’s telecommunications Ministry said.
Previously, the messenger was blocked in Iraq this month for reasons of national security.
The decision on unlocking was made after “the company that owns the platform reacted to the requirements of the security authorities that the company called on the organizations that allowed the leakage of these citizens”.
