On the eve of August 30, information on the attempt on the murder of 25-year-old Nurida Akhmedova was received in the Yasamal district prosecutor’s office.
As Haqqin.az reports with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, during the investigation, reasonable suspicions were established that the victim’s husband, 33-year-old Araz Isazade, during the conflict arose between them on the basis of personal relations on the street, He inflicted numerous stab wounds by N. Akhmedova and disappeared from the scene.
In this regard, a criminal case was opened in the prosecutor’s office of the Yasamal district under article 29, 120.1 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder). A. Isazade was detained as a suspect and involved in the investigation.
